The 4th Quarter Of A Pop Warner Football Game And Your Life

It was a gorgeous Saturday in Minnesota! It was a perfect temperature for this time of the year! Today was 88 degrees as well. My son’s fifth grade Pop Warner football team got slightly warm today. What exactly do Pop Warner Football have to have to do with you? I’ll give you a brief story if I am able to.

The game that took place today was one with emotional rollercoaster rides for us as parents. (I am certain it was the same for the coaches and players!) The first quarter was a battle between each team moving the ball across the field and trying to figure out a way to self-destruct. It was a fumble, penalty or missed chances, the first quarter ended with 8: 7. In the second, it was an exact repeat of the first, and at halftime, the score ended up tied 14-14.

Okay, a quick “back to business” time here. Wouldn’t you love it to have a time in our lives where we had an hour of half time? When I played football , one of the most crucial fifteen minutes was the half-time. It is where all great coaches made the necessary adjustments to improve the second half. However, in real life most of us are either too busy or unwilling to take the “half time break” to assess and change our lives to where we are. Wouldn’t you love it to take the necessary steps to our lives in order to have the best “second half”? Absolutely. Okay, let’s get we’ll go back to the game’s summary!

The third quarter concluded with no scoring. We were twice close to scoring, only to be stopped by penalties and the turnover. We were able to prevent their offensive from playing the ball in an efficient manner. Thus, the 4th quarter is about to begin with the score in a tie. In the beginning of the 4th quarter, our offensive line began to take the defensive players off the line. It was evident that their defense start to fatigue during the extremely hot weather. The team’s fitness began to gain momentum. We sprinted through on the pitch and scored. With the score at 21-14 but there were 8 minutes left during the match. Our defense held, and we were able to get the ball back just under six minutes remaining. The offensive team was able to effortlessly move around the field and score a touchdown. Defense held , and we were able run out the clock and secure the win! At 4-1 on the year with only one game remaining before the playoffs, they look quite impressive! We are back to the real world and our lives.

The game that I watched today made me think of how our lives are exactly like the football game. We start with our life (our initial quarter) taking in all the knowledge we can from birth to the age of 18. After that, we can pursue our education or begin working. (2nd quarter is in the air) At the time, we take a look around and feel that we’ve gotten over “half time” and are entering our third quarter. In a flash we’ll be in retirement and will need sufficient funds to achieve this goal are looking us straight at us. We’re wondering when and if we will be able to begin this fourth year of our life, and how we’ll be in a position for us to “go the distance” financially. Of course, this assumes that the world doesn’t throw us a lot of “fumbles, interceptions or penalties”.

Where are you where you are in the “game” of life? 2nd Quarter? 3rd Quarter? 4th Quarter? It doesn’t matter where you’re at. It’s time to get off the road and start yourself แนะนำเว็บแทงบอล on your own “half time” right now. What exactly does this mean?
